San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) is the closest international airport, located just a 25-minute drive from the wedding venue. San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is also nearby, about a 45-minute drive away.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Saratoga Springs, located at 22801 Big Basin Way, Saratoga, CA 95070.

We kindly ask that guests wear formal attire. We encourage tones of bronze, terracotta, eucalyptus green, or champagne to complement our wedding palette. Your presence and grace will make this celebration all the more magical.

Ceremony begins at 5pm. Following this cocktail hour begins at 5:30pm. Then the reception continues from 6:30pm to 10pm.

Yes! Transportation will be provided to and from the venue for guests staying at our two room block hotels: Hampton Inn & Suites Sunnyvale Silicon Valley; Homewood Suites Sunnyvale. Shuttles will run to ensure everyone arrives safely and on time.

You’re welcome to drive if you prefer. Parking is available but we encourage using the shuttle to fully enjoy the celebration safely.

Yes, please let us know if you plan to use the shuttle when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

If you miss the shuttle, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the venue. We suggest having a rideshare app like Uber or Lyft ready as a backup.
